There are many different ways to learn Feng Shui and many different styles, but ultimately, they all lead to the same place. The style that you connect with depends a lot on how you learn. As an intuitive and empath, I was drawn to the style that was taught by Professor Lin Yin and became the BTB or Black Hat Tibetan Buddhism style which is an approach that incorporates many aspects from other styles while also focusing on the tangible AND the intangible realms. It is a style that continues to evolve and allows us to feel a sense of control in a world that often feels out of control.

I was already a consulting professionally when I discovered the Power Feng Shui approach by Valmai Howe Elkins. It focuses on the study of patterns, blockages and paths to healing from an energetic perspective. I completed both the Certificate and Graduate programs at her location in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It has added a layer of understanding that has enhanced what I am able to observe, feel and interpret during client consultations.

My work combines both the BTB and Power Feng Shui styles of Feng Shui to help me show my clients how to create a life that they love. By incorporating this centuries old system with a new understanding of embedded patterns and blockages, clients are able to move the Qi energy in their homes and lives in ways that are unprecedented. Feng Shui has ancient roots in the Chinese culture, and its timeless relevance is needed now more than ever.
